Frequently Asked Questions

• Rental rates:
  Rent is based on the level of care that is required by the Resident. An assessment is completed by the Client Care Coordinator through Heartland Health Region. Based on the assessment, the level of rent is determined.
  
• Telephone:
  Family or residents are responsible to directly contact Sasktel to have this service connected.
  
• Prescriptions/medications:
  Prescriptions are filled through a prescribed pharmacist and are delivered directly to EOL three times per week.
  
• Personal items:
  Residents are allowed to bring any items from home that will fit into their room that will provide a homey, comfortable atmosphere; however, rugs are not allowed.
  
• Clothing:
  clothing needs to be marked with name or initials.
